I know what it feels like to dream big while the world around you feels small. I grew up with limited resources, big goals, and plenty of doubt from the outside. Long before I became an Olympic skeleton athlete, I learned that talent alone is never enough. Opportunity matters. Access matters. That belief is the heart of Hope Of A Billion. We exist to turn inspiration into action and to build future leaders who are not held back by circumstance.

Why HOAB Exists

HOAB was born from lived experience. I saw how many children around the world carry potential that never gets a chance to grow. Barriers like cost, location, and lack of mentorship quietly shut doors before kids even know what is possible. At HOAB, we work to remove those barriers so young people can explore education, sports, and leadership with confidence. Our goal is simple and serious at the same time. We want to build future leaders who believe in themselves and have the tools to prove it.

Education Without Limits

Education is more than schoolwork. It is learning how to think, how to solve problems, and how to see yourself as capable. Through HOAB programs, we support access to learning resources, workshops, and mentorship that help kids grow both academically and personally. When children are encouraged to ask questions and chase curiosity, they start to lead themselves. That is how we build future leaders who are ready to take responsibility for their own path.

Athletics as a Training Ground for Life

Sports changed my life. They taught me discipline, focus, and how to stand back up after failure. As a skeleton athlete, I learned that progress comes from consistency, not comfort. HOAB uses athletics as a tool to teach life skills. We help children access training, equipment, and safe spaces to compete and grow. Athletics give kids a place to learn teamwork and self belief. These lessons last long after the game ends and help us build future leaders who are strong in both body and mind.

Mentorship and Real Role Models

Representation matters. Kids need to see people who look like them and come from places like theirs, achieving real things. At HOAB, mentorship is personal. We connect children with leaders, athletes, and educators who listen and share honestly. I show up not as a distant figure, but as someone who has been where they are. When young people feel seen and supported, they step into leadership naturally. That is how we continue to build future leaders across communities and borders.

Every program we run is rooted in one belief. When you remove limits and replace them with trust and opportunity, children rise.

Finding real role models

I founded Hope Of A Billion because I know what talent looks like when it grows up underserved and unseen. As a skeleton athlete and entrepreneur, I built HOAB to build future leaders and give kids from underserved communities real access to education and athletics so they can believe bigger and aim higher. Seeing our work featured on the Olympics’ official Instagram page was an honor, but the real reward is watching young people step into their potential with confidence and pride.
